About Our Programmes

What support will I get?

The support you will get from myself and the Cara Fitness community is incredible. The community of women we have built is like no other, everyone will lift you up daily, celebrate your wins and become your friends for the random chit chats. Of course, I am here too to answer any questions you may have along the way! 

I'm a beginner... is this for me?

YES! All of our courses are perfect for any level of experience. Throughout every workout I give options for you to take. However, if you decide a workout isn't for you choose another that you will enjoy! 

What equipment will I need?

JUST YOU! I do recommend a pair of dumbbells and exercise mat, however if this isn't something you have there are lots of body weight exercise alternatives or things from around your home you can use! If you check out my how to get started section on the app, I go into this in more detail. 

How are the workouts delivered?

Our workouts are real time videos. You will workout alongside me so that it feels like I am in the room with you! We also do live workouts 3 times a week that you can join in with!
