What have I been holding back from doing in my body and why?
What would it feel like to move simply for joy?
Write your answers. Let them guide your week.

What experiences would I love to have in my body that I’ve been holding back from?
How might I feel if I approached movement as a way to experience life rather than change my appearance?
What sensations do I most enjoy feeling in my body?
