Here are 30 days of things I actually do myself. Not perfectly, not every single day—but these are habits I come back to time and time again. They work. And if you give each one a go, I promise by the end of the month, you’ll feel like a whole new woman.

30-Day Midlife Reset Habits

Day 1: Start the day with a 10-minute gentle stretching routine before getting out of bed

Day 2: Drink 2 liters of water throughout the day (keep a marked water bottle nearby)

Day 3: Do 30 squats while the kettle boils for morning coffee

Day 4: Take a 15-minute lunchtime walk outside, focusing on deep breathing

Day 5: End your shower with 30 seconds of cold water (amazing for circulation and energy!)

Day 6: Write down 3 things you're grateful for before bed

Day 7: Complete a 10-minute guided meditation for hormone balance

Day 8: Do a 5 minute ab challenge

Day 9: Send voice notes to 3 friends you haven't connected with lately

Day 10: Set a firm cutoff for eating at 7pm to support better digestion overnight

Day 11: Schedule one coffee date with a friend for the upcoming week

Day 12: Stop all caffeine intake after midday to support better sleep

Day 13: Clear your email inbox completely (or at least organise it into folders)

Day 14: Read one chapter of a fiction book before bed instead of scrolling

Day 15: Keep your phone out of the bedroom overnight (I use an old-fashioned alarm clock)

Day 16: Complete a 15-minute strength training workout focusing on major muscle groups

Day 17: Prepare a weekly meal plan that includes leafy greens and healthy fats daily

Day 18: Practice a 5-minute facial massage with your skincare routine (great for lymphatic drainage)

Day 20: Limit daily coffee intake to maximum 3 cups (I've switched my afternoon drink to herbal tea)

Day 21: Clean the kitchen completely before bed (waking up to a clean space feels amazing!)

Day 22: Take a magnesium supplement before bed to support sleep and muscle recovery

Day 23: Spend 10 minutes in the morning sunlight to regulate your circadian rhythm

Day 24: Write tomorrow's to-do list before bed to clear your mind

Day 25: Call one friend for a proper catch-up conversation

Day 26: Set out your workout clothes the night before to remove morning barriers

Day 27: Practice 5 minutes of deep breathing exercises when feeling overwhelmed

Day 28: Take 5 minutes to massage your face with a gua sha tool or jade roller

Day 29: Practice a positive affirmation while showering ("I am strong, capable, and balanced")

Day 30: Go to bed by 10pm with a technology curfew starting at 9pm
