1. Speak to yourself like someone you love.
Catch those thoughts. Would you say that to your daughter or best friend? No? Then you don’t get to say it to yourself either. Reword it. Start again.

Your hands for holding others.
Your belly for holding life, food, and laughter.
Say thank you even if it feels awkward at first.
